Fast friendly service

Absolutely amazing, friendly, courteous and very professional..Why anyone would go anywhere else is beyond me..

It took a month to have my vehicle looked at, than 3 weeks to get the parts and after getting the parts it two more weeks to get it fixed. The worst part was the communication that did not occur with why so much delay in fixing my vehicle.

The service team is good. Had i known my engine light comes on all the time because I don't drive that far enough I wouldn't have bought the car. As it is I'm looking for a new one.

I have brought my car in now 3 times and next week will be the 4th time for the same thing. My tire assist keeps going off and needs fixed. They say its fixed and all ok and then a few weeks later it goes off again and I need to come in and get fixed. it is getting very old. I don't have the time to keep coming in, I do work you know. I don't understand what is going on and why they can't get it fixed the first time. I'm at the point where when it goes off, I want to cry. I don't want to have to keep going over there to get fixed that is at least 2 1/2 hours out of my morning and I work afternoons. Im to the point I think someone owes me a free car detail or something.

Forgot to show up for my appointment. They worked to get me in the day I went in to make a new one. They did.

Friendly, no pressure, real sales people

My appointment was over two weeks away but I was told if I could leave my truck they may get to it sooner. That found the electrical problem and changed the engine oil due to fuel dilution caused by the misfiring. They repaired it the very next day. The labor cost seemed high but not shocking.

Appts were a couple weeks out the lady in service said if I could just drop the vehicle off they could try to get it in and worked on between other appointments. Dropped it off on a Monday and Wednesday afternoon my truck was done. Absolutely fantastic

EVERYTHING WENT BETTER THAN I COULD IMAGINE. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT OIL CHANGE! THEY HAD MY VEHICLE IN RIGHT AWAY, GOT IT DONE QUICKLY AND DIDN'T SPILL A SINGLE DROP. IF I HAD DONE IT MYSELF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A HUGE MESS. THANKS, KWAP, FOR ANOTHER IN A LONG LINE OF ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCES!

Normally, I have a good experience. This time, my check engine light came on, so I made an appointment for Tuesday January 6th at 8:30 AM with app. Received a call on Monday the 5th. The service person, I don’t recall her name, explained she was booked until the 20th. I was confused as the app said there were appointments available. Anyway, after much discussion, she said to drop it off Tuesday morning. My car was looked at on Tuesday and the problem solved. However, if you’re not going to honor all appointments, you need to disclose that or take them down. I understand the service reps frustration with this, but I only was following the instructions on the app.

This was an extremely low pressure experience. Our questions and concerns were all answered with honesty. The "family" environment within the dealership alone helps the whole experience for the purchaser.

Pretty good people working their. They are always willing to help you with your issues.. Of all the dealerships I have dealt with over the years this one is number 1 in my book..

The part that I brought my vehicle in to get fixed, did not get fixed. I knew within seconds of driving it. They stated that they drove it, everything was fine, and fixed. When I called to discuss it, no one answered the phone, twice.

We arrived at the dealership with no intentions of purchasing a Buick. We stopped at Waschke’s along our route to view a Honda at a dealership in Duluth MN. Sales representative Bryan did an excellent job explaining the details of the vehicle that we eventually purchased. We were very comfortable with Bryan. He was detailed with explanations, but not overly aggressive. We received a fair value for our trade. We drove away with a new Buick.

I'm always happy with your service but it's very frustrating that you don't schedule a specific appointment time. Coming from an hour away and having to wait your turn is very frustrating. I've been there from no waiting time to 4-5 hours.

We make the hour drive from Duluth to get the first rate service of Ken Waschke dealership. They always seems to have very pleasant and expert service attendants. Tara was our Advisor this time and she provided exceptional service and response to our questions and inquiries. We'll be back again .

This is the second car we purchased at this dealership. They are so helpful and they got me exactly what I wanted. While we were signing the papers for my car, my husband told Cole what kind of truck he was looking for. When we were done with the paperwork, he had already found my husband the truck he wanted! It’s nice that I can jump in the lounge, get on my computer and work while I am waiting too. Also, Tara always makes sure to ask if I need anything else while I’m having my oil change. Super appreciated!
