The service department is great. As for the quality of GMC it is horrible. Multiple recalls, new engine GM just needs to buy my truck back, fixing the issues is not the acceptable any more after the grill coming off my truck while my family being in the truck. This is totally unacceptable and looking to seek legal action.

My 2021 GMC Sierra had a factory default, and the tailgate kept popping open. There is a recall for this default on newer models, and I am requesting a reimbursement of $108.08 for the work done on 7/18/2025. Switch part# 85877553 internally failed, and it was verified that the Tailgate switch was inoperable. I have been a loyal GM customer (customer # V87677) for decades, thus please reimburse me $103.08 as this is the fault of GM. My advisor Brianna did an excellent job.

The people are great. I wasn't happy that there wasn't more communication with what was going on with my vehicle before they did what they did. I was called and told it would be $2300 to fix it. My vehicle is a 2020 and I haven't even owned it 2 years, which I bought from your dealership. Then I was told I had an invoice to pay before I could pick it up and that was $200. I wasn't expecting that and my vehicle wasn't even fixed. I expect more from a dealership.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 👍 👍 😊 😊 😊 Waschke’s went above and beyond the call of duty to make right what the “dealership “ that sold me my pre-owned pickup failed to do. The other place gave me a text that said “Sorry to hear that” when I told them the truck smelled like gasoline the day after I got it home. Waschke’s diagnosed the problem as a cracked fuel pump right away and did everything to help fix the problem that should have been fixed by the other dealership. Aaron, Bree, Brian… thank you for treating me like I was your most important customer. My pickup runs like a dream and you all made up for the poor customer service experience I received elsewhere. They saw me as a foolish old woman who was buying a pickup. You all made me feel worthy and capable. Bravo, Waschke’s. Bravo!

Brought my 3500 GMC in for an oil change and tire rotation. They took the truck in on time and while rotating the tires they found a roofing nail in one of my tires. They fixed that and did the rotation and oil change in less than an hour!! Excellent work by the service department!!

We were getting onstar notifications about our battery. We called on more than one occasion and they told us to ignore them. Brought it up again when we brought it for the oil change. Said we would like it checked out. They told us again to ignore it if the vehicle wasn’t getting notifications inside the vehicle. Went to start the car this morning and it was dead. Went live in a rural area with only one vehicle. Had to find a neighbor to jump the vehicle. Had to cancel an appointment that we couldn’t get to. Took it to WASCHKE today and guess what- it needed a new battery. We could have avoided all of this if they had checked when we asked them to. Apparently the onstar app does work.

Just a little disappointed to find out that my service plan of oil changes had expired in April 2025 even though I think still had some left. That’s on me though - I should’ve known. In July I brought my vehicle in for a coolant leak as I found antifreeze leak on my garage floor. Vehicle was repaired. I again found an antifreeze leak on my garage floor and vehicle was brought in for a coolant leak repair on 9-5. Your staff has always been courteous and helpful. On 9-5 they found that it would take a longer period of time, many hours, to fix my vehicle. Since there was no loaner car available, they drove me all the way to Embarrass and back so I did not have to wait. Staff went the extra mile to take care of a customer.

First, service advisors are always good. My experience with this recall left very perplexed. My truck has had several recalls this past year and this one for the top part of my grill caused additional damage to my truck by the grill falling off the truck at 65 mph. Neither Waschke or GMC did the right thing by paying for the additional damage caused to my truck by the faulty parts that caused the issue. Because of this result, I am taking my business away from GMC and Waschke. Last, I have been a GM customer all my life and had way to many issues with this vehicle.

While I will agree your situation has been complicated, it is not because of GM's willingness to assist with the Body damage. You will recall that we created a case earlier this summer. GM agreed to pay for damages. You chose to decline their offer and move forward with a BuyBack/Lemon Law suit. At that time, GM removed their offer as you were chose to pursue alternative legal action. The situation was entirely outside of our control. We did the best we could under the circumstances.

Everything went fine. I had mud flaps installed on my new Acadia. My only concern is that the dealership should provide the technicians with paper floor mats to protect the vehicle from their dirty shoes. This used to be the standard for many years throughout the industry but it appears to have disappeared. It needs to be brought back.

I have brought my car in now 3 times and next week will be the 4th time for the same thing. My tire assist keeps going off and needs fixed. They say its fixed and all ok and then a few weeks later it goes off again and I need to come in and get fixed. it is getting very old. I don't have the time to keep coming in, I do work you know. I don't understand what is going on and why they can't get it fixed the first time. I'm at the point where when it goes off, I want to cry. I don't want to have to keep going over there to get fixed that is at least 2 1/2 hours out of my morning and I work afternoons. Im to the point I think someone owes me a free car detail or something.

Normally, I have a good experience. This time, my check engine light came on, so I made an appointment for Tuesday January 6th at 8:30 AM with app. Received a call on Monday the 5th. The service person, I don’t recall her name, explained she was booked until the 20th. I was confused as the app said there were appointments available. Anyway, after much discussion, she said to drop it off Tuesday morning. My car was looked at on Tuesday and the problem solved. However, if you’re not going to honor all appointments, you need to disclose that or take them down. I understand the service reps frustration with this, but I only was following the instructions on the app.
